program makes it easy to qualify, requires a low down payment, provides a twelve
month fixed term, and includes installation, maintenance and support.

billing authorization form.
- Completed lease agreement.
- Down payment and first month lease payment.
- All equipment will be delivered and installed by CallStorm
Solutions.
- Installation and configuration of the equipment is
included.
- Customer will provide electrical service and basic data
network.
- User training on standard phone system functionality is
included.
